Applications for Appointment on Contractual Basis as per Outsourcing Policy Part 2

It is brought to the notice of all and sundry that some posts are proposed to be filled up in the Ch. Devilal Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd., Ahulana, Gohana, Sonipat on contractual basis. The list of all the posts required to be filled up along with name and number of posts, the eligibility criteria such as academic qualification as well as experience required for respective posts has been uploaded on mills’ website www.gohanasugars.com However, Preference will be given to persons having working experience and background of Sugar Industries.

Hence, applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the posts mentioned above which will be filled up in accordance with the Part II of the Outsourcing Policy adopted by the Haryana Government with remuneration mentioned therein and will be strictly on contractual basis for the duration of current running crushing season or 31/05/2022 or till the regular recruitment is made for the said posts, whichever is earlier.

1. Standard reservation policy will be adopted while making final selection of the candidates.
2. The applicants must possess the Family ID / Pariwar Pehchan Patra as a prerequisite for applying for any of the posts.
3. Last date for submitting the application along with photocopies of all relevant certificates, documents and proof of experience will be on or before 05:00 PM on 24/11/2021 in the Administrative Block / office of the undersigned in the Mills’ Premises. Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for the inspection of records and Personal Interview at 10:00 AM on 26/11/2021 in the Administrative Block / office of the undersigned in the Mills’ Premises.
6. The selected candidates will have to submit an affidavit prescribed by the Gohana Cooperative Sugar Mills regarding his acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated under the Outsourcing Policy.

[Gen = 06, Gen EWS = 02, Gen ESM = 01, SC = 02, BCA = 02, BCB = 01]	Academic: 10+2 (1st division) OR Graduate from a recognised Board / University with typing speed of 30 words per minute in English & 25 words per minute Hindi converted with equivalent key depressions in both cases as the typing speed would be tested on computers. Shall have to qualify SETC as prescribed in rule 11A.
	Lab Incharge = 01 No.	Academic: B.Sc. Degree with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with 3 months diploma in Computer Applications.
		Experience: 2 yrs. as Lab Incharge in a sugar mills or 8 yrs. as Lab Chemist in a Sugar Mills. Preference will be given to candidates possessing diploma in Sugar Technology from NSI / VSI. Computer Course up to 'O' Level.
	Lab Chemist = 03 Nos.	Academic: B.Sc. Degree with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics 2nd Division. Computer course up to ‘O’ level.
	PH Recorder Analyst = 03 Nos.	Academic: 10+2 in Science
		Experience: 2 yrs. Apprentice work in a sugar mills or similar position in any industry.
	Centrifugal Operator = 05 Nos. [Gen = 03, Gen EWS = 01, SC = 01]	Academic: ITI.
		Experience: One season apprenticeship on same station.
	Sample Boy / Lab Boy = 02 Nos.	Academic: Matriculate Science.
		Experience: One year apprentice in Sugar Mills.
	Panman = 01 No.	Academic: Matriculate (Science) 2nd division with Sugar Boiling certificate course.
		Experience: 5 year as Assistant Panman.
	Pan Incharge = 01 No.	Academic: Matric 2nd division with Sugar Boiling Certificate course.
		Experience: 5 yrs. As Panman with total 10 years exp. At Pan Control.

		Experience: 05 yrs. as Asstt. Engineer on Pressure Boilers of minimum 32 Kg per sqcm in any relevant established heavy industry. Knowledge of computers is necessary. Computer course upto ‘O’ level will be preferred.
	Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) = 02 Nos.	Academic: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (55% marks)
		Experience: At least 1 year apprenticeship in Sugar Industry OR Completion of the Sugar Engineering Course from the NSI, Kanpur OR one year exp. in any established heavy industry like Paper, Chemical, Cement, Textile etc. Knowledge of computer is necessary. Computer course up to ‘O’ level will be preferred.

		Academic: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (55% marks)
		Experience: 3 yrs. exp. as Asstt. Engg. (Mech.) in Sugar Industry OR in any established heavy industry like Paper, Chemical, Cement, Textile etc. Knowledge of computer is necessary. Computer course up to ‘O’ level will be preferred.
	Instruments Mechanic = 02 Nos.	Academic: ITI in Instrument / Electronic Trade.
		Experience: 3 yrs. of handing instruments & Auto Control System in Sugar Mills / Power House / Large Chemical or Process Plant.
	Assistant Engineer (Electrical) = 01 Nos.	Academic: Degree in Electrical Engineering (55% Marks)
		Experience: At least 1 yr. In maintenance and running of power station / One year apprentice in Sugar Industry Computer course up to ‘O’ level.

		Academic: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (60% marks).

			Experience: 2 yrs. As Waterman on 21 Kg/cm2 pressure boiler of 40 ton capacity per hour or 8 yrs. as Feed Pump Attendant.
		Boiler Attendant = 03 Nos.	Academic: Matric (2nd Division) Pass holding 1st class Boiler Competency certificate as laid down in the Indian Boiler Act.
			Experience: 5 yrs. as Fireman in Operation of minimum 21 Kg/cm2 capacity Boilers.
		Turbine Engineer (Co-gen) = 01 No.	Academic: B.E. (Mech Engg)
			Experience: Two years as a Turbine Engineer in Power/Cogen Plant of minimum 10 MW capacity.

		Motor Pump Attendant = 08 Nos. [Gen = 04, Gen EWS = 01, Gen ESM = 01, SC = 01, BCA = 01]	Academic: ITI in Fitter Trade
			Experience: one year apprentice work in sugar mills.
		Cane Cutting Operator = 04 Nos. [Gen = 03, Gen EWS = 01]	Academic: ITI in Fitter Trade
			Experience: One year apprentice work in sugar mills. Preference to the worker who worked on similar station
		Feed Pump Attendant = 02 Nos.	Academic: ITI in Fitter Trade.
			Experience: At least 3 years on Boilers / Feed Pumps on 21 Kg per sqcm in Sugar Mills OR in heavy Industries such as Paper, Cement, Power Plant or Textile Mills. However, Experience from Sugar Mills or Power Plant will be preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates who have cleared second class Boiler Attendant Course.
